ItaQuod’s software is a subscription-based software-as-a-service offering which means that all you need is a subscription to ItaQuod and the ability to get on the internet in order to use it. TRADITIONAL CRM FEATURES:
An innovative approach to maintaining descriptive information about
Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Activities, as well as their relationships with each other.
“Contacts” are people that your organization is either interacting with on a daily basis or are targeting in an attempt to establish a relationship, and may include customers, prospective customers, partners, prospective partners, etc.
“Leads” are people working for another company, where employee(s) of your organization are attempting to contact them and generate interest in your solutions so that they can ultimately be converted to one of your customers. Leads may or may not be interested or capable of purchasing your solutions.
“Opportunities” represent a prospective customer opportunity where members of your organization are attempting to sell a specified configuration of products and services, at a specified amount, to a single buyer or team of buyers employed by another organization.
Within ItaQuod, activities can be captured in any one of a number of places and then seen in context throughout the ItaQuod software. For example, a completed activity can be captured in the Activity screen, but would also be visible on the Account Detail, Contact Detail, Lead Detail and/or Opportunity Detail screens within the “Related Activities” section.
CONSISTENT DATA CAPTURE FEATURES:

If a user does not need the Guidance Questions, they are easily hidden and only visible if the user chooses to make them visible.

IQ Talk is 60% faster than data entry by typing so if you don’t like typing or would rather use your time for selling, then talk instead of type.
Whether sitting at your desk at your office, your desk at your hotel, in your car or in an airport, you may want to get data into ItaQuod without typing. Depending upon your typing skills…it may be way faster and incredibly convenient.
Most people type between 10-60 words per minute, but everyone can speak at 200-300 words per minute. Type a little. Type a lot. Don’t type at all.

Throughout ItaQuod, there are “One-Click” Preview links that enable all of the information that has been captured about or related to a given object, to be viewed with one simple click. This makes it incredibly easy and fast to consume all of the known information describing a Contact, Account, Lead or Opportunity without having to click through multiple tabs or screens to build a complete picture of what is known to date.
The easiest most powerful way to create an unlimited number of meaningful, filtered lists (tabs), each organizing your accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities or activities by a different useful perspective such as company size, industry, location, type of company, owner, type, etc. or some combination thereof.
The Sales Timeline enables sales and sales management to validate or question sales cycle success and timing forecasts, and to determine strengths or weakness of a particular sales rep in their ability to efficiently move through each stage of a sales cycle and to forecast business.

IQ CPR: (Constant Pipeline Review)
Is a feature that represents the most efficient way a sales manager and sales rep can collaborate on a leads, opportunities, accounts or contact activity within a pipeline. Just like CPR breathes life into a person, IQ Constant Pipeline Review, or CPR for short, will breathe life into your sales team exchanges.
Analyzing a pipeline…revenue size, number of opportunities, coverage multiple against quota, opportunities created, is only of value if the opportunities in your pipeline are actually opportunities.
Messages can be sent between users within the ItaQuod system or they can be generated automatically by the IQ system based upon notification settings each user can configure as needed.
Quality, Consistent Data Capture
Timely feedback is key to establishing an understanding of what information is valued by the organization and establishing a culture of capturing quality go-to-market information. When sales opportunities reach stages of finality (won, lost, dead), those assigned rating privileges are notified and sent a link that once clicked, will bring them to the opportunity so that it can be rated.

OTHER KEY FEATURES
ItaQuod offers users the option of using a mobile application in combination with the online application. The ItaQuod mobile app was developed natively for the iOS and Android platforms. Users of the ItaQuod mobile app will find the look and the feel of the mobile app to be familiar and consistent with that of the online application.
ItaQuod did not forget the Admin and their interest to be able to easily manage the configuration and user experience for each user within the system. As a result the Admin console was designed to make initial configuration and ongoing management, simple but powerful.
INTEGRATION / API
Integration to / from ItaQuod is available in one of three ways:
1. Pre-Built Integration. ItaQuod has developed direct integration between Salesforce.com for organizations that either want to migrate information from Salesforce to ItaQuod, or for those organizations that want to use ItaQuod for their lead and opportunity development cycles while continuing to use Salesforce for their Customer Support.
2. CSV imports and exports. Importing data into ItaQuod can easily be accomplished by utilizing the csv import functionality. Easy to use import and export templates are available to enable information related to accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, users, products, and activities to get into and out of the ItaQuod system.
3. ItaQuod API (Application Programming Interface). There is a well-developed and documented open REST API UI that can be accessed and used to build direct integrations, enabling the push and pull of data to and from our system to and from others that you or your client may utilize.
Notifications is a feature within the ItaQuod system that enables you to be made aware of, or notified, when activity or a lack of activity has occurred within the system that is of particular interest to you or when there is something that you need to take action on.
